Does BML Ever Make Changes to its Privacy Policy?

BML may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time at its discretion. BML

will notify you of any changes by sending you an email, text message, or posting a

notice on the BML Websites, after BML has made changes. If you receive notification of

a change in BML's Privacy Policy, you must review the new Privacy Policy carefully to

make sure you understand BML's practices and procedures before further using the

BML Websites or any Services.

What Types of Information Is Collected?

Personal Information

For each visitor to the BML Websites, the server for the site automatically recognizes

only the consumer's domain name and IP address, but not the e-mail address (where

possible). BML collects the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with BML via

e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific

information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by

the consumer such as through surveys or account registration.


Non-Personal Information

BML also collects "non-personal" information from you, such as your browser type, the

URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your IP

How and When Does BML Collect Information?

Providing Information to BML

BML collects Personal Information from you when you provide it to us. For example,

Does BML Protect My Personal Information?

Personal Information

Whenever BML obtains your Personal Information, BML uses commercially reasonable

efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. BML, however, is not an

insurer of the security of your Personal Information. Accordingly, BML assumes no

liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, computer software or

hardware failures, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts

or omissions beyond BML's reasonable control.


Banner Advertising

BML uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the BML

Website. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name,

address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to the BML Websites

and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of

interest to you.


Website Content

The content that you store, post, or transmit on or through the BML Websites, such as

message board postings and images or text you upload to the website, may be

accessed by other users, including people that you do not know. BML is not responsible

for the actions of others. Therefore, you should use care in communicating with other

The security of your personal information is important to BML. BML takes commercially

Does This Privacy Policy Apply When I Access Other Websites?

You may be able to access third-party websites directly from the BML Websites. This

Privacy Policy does not apply when you access such other websites. BML cannot

control how third parties may use Personal Information you disclose to them, so you

should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit before

using it or disclosing your Personal Information to its provider.

What About Children's Privacy?

Under Thirteen

The BML Website is a general audience website, and it and its related sites,

applications, services and tools are intended for children under the age of 13 only with

their parents authorization and supervision. We do not knowingly collect Personal

Information via the BML Websites or any applications, services or tools from users

under the age of 13. Accordingly, BML will delete any Personal Information that BML

knows originates from a child under the age of 13 without the confirmation of his

parents, teachers or legal guardians.


Thirteen to Seventeen

Prospective users between the ages of 13 and 17 using the BML Websites should be

under their parents' or legal guardian's supervision while accessing the website to

ensure their privacy.
